Build Programmes — Live in 7 Days

Your first outreach goes out in 7 days. Not 7 weeks.

A pipeline engine you own — lists, messages, CRM, calendar and reporting — built in seven working days, run with you for ninety days, then handed over with your person trained to run it. Stop selling from your phone book. Start selling from a system.

Built in your name. Run with you for ninety days. Then handed over. For founder-led B2B businesses with paying customers and no repeatable outbound.

Why This Exists

Most small B2B businesses sell from the founder’s phone book

Referrals dry up, the founder is the only person who can open a conversation, and every quiet month becomes a scramble. The fix is not a salesperson or an agency retainer. It is a system: the right list, a message that earns a reply, one place every reply lands, and a rhythm someone keeps. We build that system in seven working days and run it with you until it runs without us.

The Outreach Engine installs the first of the six systems in a working sales engine — pipeline — for businesses that do not yet have top performers to reverse-engineer. When you have three or more sellers and a method worth codifying, it graduates into the Sales Leak Audit and the Sales Success Playbook.

Fit

Who it is for, and who it is not

Built for

  • Founder-led B2B businesses with 0–3 people selling and an offer at least a handful of customers have paid for
  • Selling from referrals and network today; no repeatable outbound, no CRM discipline
  • B2B services, IT and SaaS, industrial and engineering suppliers, distributors, agencies, professional firms — India first; export-oriented SMEs run the same engine on different lists
  • A founder who will answer replies within a business day

Not for

  • No paying customers yet — outreach would be testing the offer, not selling it. Start with the Entrepreneurship Programme
  • B2C mass-market, or categories where cold contact is restricted
  • Anyone expecting a meetings or revenue guarantee — we manage to benchmarks and report against them
  • Businesses that want us to hold the tool accounts — everything sits in your name
What You Own At The End

Everything, in your name — and three ways forward

The assets

ICP & Offer Sheet. Target List of 300–500 verified contacts. Outreach Message Kit v1 and v2. The configured stack with its access matrix. Pipeline and dashboard. The reply-handling playbook.

The record

Twelve weekly reports and three monthly reviews. The Outreach Playbook — the SOP for list building, copy, sending, replies and reporting. Your owner’s certification. The Day-90 report with baseline against results.

Three exits at Day 90

Run it yourself — the SOP, the stack and a certified owner are in place. Keep a light Outreach Ops retainer for list refresh, copy iteration and a monthly review. Or graduate into the Sales Leak Audit and Playbook once you have three or more sellers.

The Seven Days

What gets built, day by day

Working days. The clock starts when your intake pack is complete. Four sign-off gates along the way, each needing your answer within 24 hours — a missed gate pauses the clock, so the promise is measured in our days, not yours.

The Ninety Days After

We run it with you, then hand it over

Weeks 2–3 — Ramp

Secondary domains reach warm; volume steps up to the agreed daily target. First A/B read at a hundred sends per variant. Message Kit v2. Daily reply triage checked.

Week 4 — Month-1 review

Reply rate, positive-reply rate, meetings and qualified pipeline against baseline. List refresh. Segment B opened. First adjustments to the ICP if the data says so.

Weeks 5–8 — Widen

LinkedIn and WhatsApp cadence fully on. Trigger-based lists: new leadership, hiring, funding, expansion. A nurture sequence for “not now” and a referral ask for early wins. Month-2 review.

Weeks 9–12 — Handover

Your outreach owner — founder, SDR or assistant — runs the weekly cycle with us watching. The Outreach Playbook is written, the owner certified, and the Day-90 report closes the run.

Measured Honestly

Six numbers, agreed on Day 1, reported every week

We do not report opens or activity for its own sake. The weekly report carries the numbers that decide whether the engine is working, and the monthly review maps them to the same six metrics every Lighthouse engagement uses.

Contacts reached

New contacts touched each week, by segment and channel.

Deliverability

Bounce rate under 3% and spam complaints under 0.1% — checked before every new segment.

Reply rate

All replies, and the positive ones, per hundred contacts reached.

Meetings booked

Booked and held — the show rate is reported alongside.

Qualified pipeline

Count and rupee value, to the qualification bar we set on Day 1.

Founder dependency

The share of meetings sourced outside your own network — the number we most want to see rise.

The Stack And The Guardrails

A stack we run every day, in your name

Questions

Straight answers

An SDR without a system spends the first three months building one, badly. An agency keeps the system and the learning when the retainer ends. The Outreach Engine builds the system in your name in seven working days, runs it with you for ninety, and leaves your own person certified to run it.

The first batch of personalised touches goes out — about fifty contacts in your first segment — across email plus LinkedIn, and WhatsApp or phone where appropriate, from your existing trusted domain at conservative volume. Full daily volume is reached by Day 21, once the new sending domains have warmed.

The seven days are counted in working days from a complete intake pack, and each sign-off gate pauses the clock if it waits more than 24 hours. If we miss Day 7 for reasons on our side, the ninety-day managed run extends by the number of days missed, at no charge.

Yes, and in your own name: the sequencer, CRM, calendar and automation accounts are created for your business and paid by you, so you own the asset and the data. We recommend a default stack we run every day and can switch components if you already use another CRM.

Business-to-business outreach to professional contacts in a business context is standard practice, and we run it with guardrails: an opt-out in every email honoured within 24 hours, no purchased consumer lists, DND scrubbing before any SMS or call, WhatsApp only to business numbers or with opt-in, and a record of the source and purpose of every list.

No. We promise a live engine within seven working days and report the numbers every week — contacts reached, deliverability, reply rate, meetings booked and qualified pipeline — so you can see the results for yourself. Anyone guaranteeing meetings from a cold list is guessing.

The Sales Leak Audit is a fixed fee with no variation for scope, credited in full against the Sales Success Playbook if you proceed within ninety days. The Playbook is a fixed-scope, eight-week install, bought three ways — the audit on its own, the Playbook, or Playbook plus a ninety-day install. The Sales Academy is bought as cohorts, manager intensives, or an annual licence. The delivery modes run monthly for a defined term — two to six days a month for a Fractional Sales Director, one to three days a week for a Sales Head On Demand. The Sales Team Blueprint is credited against the modules you go on to buy. You will have a number after the twenty-minute call.
