The Curriculum

Seven sessions, one venture

Participants don't study entrepreneurship — they do it. Every session moves their own idea one stage forward, ending with a launch-ready plan.

1. Spot the Gold

Training the opportunity eye: finding real problems worth solving in everyday India — from newspaper headlines to a Zepto delivery bag.

2. Customer Discovery

Getting out of the building: interviews, personas and evidence over opinion. Participants build their first real customer persona.

3. Lean Canvas

The one-page business plan: problem, solution, channels, unfair advantage — mapped live on their own venture.

4. Design Thinking & MVP

Prototype before you build. Paper prototypes to minimum viable products — testing the riskiest assumption first, cheaply.

5. Business Model & Unit Economics

The Business Model Canvas plus the arithmetic of survival: margins, CAC, and whether each sale makes or loses money.

6. Product-Market Fit & Validation

Reading the signals: retention, referrals and revenue. When to persevere, when to pivot — with a validation compass.

7. Launch Roadmap

The graduation session: a sealed-envelope commitment, a 90-day launch plan, and the key to executing it. Participants leave with a venture, not just a certificate.
